At Surron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
